Meet Stephanie
The name Fair Skies honors my parents, who met while flying for Trans World Airlines. I grew up being curious, traveling, and spending summers with family in Hong Kong. My first career was in the health care field as a registered dental hygienist for 22 years. I enjoy working with people, and have an affinity for gentle care of the head and neck area. My faith in nature and preventive medicine led me to study Acupuncture and Tai chi. These methods, together with other lifestyle practices, have profound shaping effects on health and the natural body, at any age! I am grateful to continue learning about the body and have been licensed and practicing Acupuncture since 2015.
Treatment at Fair Skies is individualized, hands-on, based on your chief complaints and goals, and with a musculoskeletal orientation. An hour session involves Acupuncture as the primary therapy; Adjuncts may be infrared heat, moxibustion (warming), manual therapy, cupping (myofascial decompression), gua sha (press-sliding), hot stones, or tuning forks (vibratory). Different styles of acupuncture are available, from light technique to strong. Special attention may be paid to the abdomen and spine. Gentle, personalized treatment is always available.
Acupuncture is an amazing and helpful therapy which directly stimulates our immune system and our natural self-healing responses.
I respect every person's dignity and intuition about their body, and feel privileged to play a small, but heartfelt and enthusiastic role in supporting people's whole health.
Please also consider contacting Christopher Kiely, L.Ac. for in-depth, holistic healing with Classical Chinese Medicine, Internal Cultivation, and Tai Chi Chuan, via in-person meeting, remote healing sessions or classes, or regional workshops:

To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
