Meet Stephanie

The name Fair Skies honors my parents, who met while flying for Trans World Airlines (TWA).  I grew up traveling and spending summers in Hong Kong with family.  My first career was in the health care field as a registered dental hygienist for 22 years, which I really enjoyed.  My personal faith in nature and supportive, preventive, natural medicine led me to study Acupuncture and Taiji practice.  I am ever grateful to continue learning about the body, and have been licensed and practicing Acupuncture since 2015.

Assessment and treatment at Fair Skies is individualized, hands-on, musculoskeletally oriented, and based on your chief complaints and goals.  Each session involves acupuncture as the primary therapy; additional adjuncts may be infrared heat, moxibustion (warming), manual therapy, cupping (myofascial decompression), gua sha (press-sliding), hot stones, tuning forks (vibration).  Different styles of acupuncture are available, from light technique to strong.  Special attention may be paid to the abdomen and spine.  Gentle, personalized treatment is always available.

Acupuncture is an amazing and helpful therapy which directly stimulates our immune system and our natural self-healing responses

I respect every person's dignity and intuition about their body, and feel privileged to play a small, but heartfelt and enthusiastic role in supporting people's whole health.
